When the SOC charging strategy is formulated, the actual demands of passengers and the residual SOC electric quantity and the driving state of the bus are fully considered, so that the formulated SOC charging strategy can meet the passenger carrying task; meanwhile, according to distribution of parking spaces and charging spaces in the station and station road characteristics, a driving route in the station is planned for the unmanned bus in combination with an SOC charging strategy, and then the scheduling efficiency of the bus in the station is improved. Besides, the problems under the vehicle meeting condition are also considered, vehicle meeting control is carried out by taking safety income, smoothness income and high-efficiency income as targets, and the safety, smoothness and high efficiency of vehicle passing are ensured.
