The invention discloses a multi-level large-scale electric vehicle power control method and system. The method comprises the steps that a rolling optimization control framework of double-layer power decomposition is constructed; clustering the charging piles of the electric vehicle according to the type of each charging pile, the regulation and control precision index and the linear fitting index; according to the regulation and control cost index and the regulation and control precision index, constructing a real-time power deviation decomposition model which takes the power adjustment amount of the charging pile cluster as a decision variable and takes the maximum benefit obtained by power instruction decomposition as a target function; according to the current SOC and off-grid time of the electric vehicles in the charging pile cluster, constructing power regulation and control priorities of the electric vehicles; determining the power adjustment amount of the corresponding electric vehicle according to the determined power adjustment amount of the charging pile cluster and the power regulation priority of the corresponding electric vehicle; and controlling according to the power adjustment amount of each electric vehicle. According to the invention, rapid and accurate control of large-scale electric vehicle power can be realized.

    本发明公开一种多层级的大规模电动汽车功率控制方法及系统,该方法包括构建双层功率分解的滚动优化控制框架;根据每一充电桩的类型、调控精度指标和线性拟合指标对电动汽车的充电桩进行聚类;根据调控成本指标和调控精度指标,构建以充电桩集群的功率调整量为决策变量,以功率指令分解获得最大效益为目标函数的实时功率偏差分解模型;根据充电桩集群中电动汽车当前SOC和离网时间,构建电动汽车功率调控优先级;根据确定的充电桩集群的功率调整量以及对应的电动汽车功率调控优先级确定对应的电动汽车的功率调整量;根据每一电动汽车的功率调整量进行控制。本发明可实现大规模电动汽车功率的快速、精准控制。
