The invention provides a large-scale electric vehicle charging scheduling control method. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a scheduling objective function; solving the scheduling objective function, and according to an obtained optimal solution, determining a number of power distribution networks, that can be accessed by electric vehicles at the optimal solution, and a chargeable time period; receiving charging reservation information of the electric vehicles, wherein the charging reservation information at least comprises battery state information of the electric vehicles and target charging nodes; predicting performance indexes of the power distribution networks on the premise of the number of accessible power distribution networks, and when the performance indexes are within set threshold ranges, assigning the electric vehicles equal to the number of the accessible power distribution networks to the target charging nodes of the electric vehicles and charging the electric vehicles in the chargeable time period; when any one of the performance indexes is greater than a set threshold value, reducing the number R of power distribution networks that can be accessed by the electric vehicles until the performance indexes are within the respective set threshold value ranges, and then assigning the R previous electric vehicles in the reserved electric vehicles to target charging nodes to enable the R previous electric vehicles to be charged in the chargeable time period.

    本发明提供的一种基于规模化电动汽车充电调度控制方法,包括:构建调度目标函数;对调度目标函数进行求解,根据得出的最优解确定出在最优解时电动汽车可接入配电网的数量以及可充电时段;接收电动车充电预约信息,充电预约信息至少包括电动汽车的电池状态信息以及目标充电节点;预测配电网在可接入配电网数量的前提下配电网的性能指标,当性能指标均在设定阈值范围内,则将等于可接入配电网数量的电动汽车分派至其目标充电节点并在可充电时段充电;当性能指标任一大于其设定阈值,则下调电动汽车可接入配电网数量R直至性能指标均处于各自的设定阈值范围内,然后将预约电动车中前个电动车辆分派至目标充电节点在可充电时段充电。
