The invention discloses an electric vehicle intelligent charging scheduling control system and method, and the system comprises a power grid background server, a power line carrier centralized controller, and a power distribution system, and the power distribution system is used for providing a charging service for an electric vehicle in a power transformation area; the power distribution system is connected with the power line carrier centralized controller and is used for uploading the charging quantity and information in a power transformation area where the power distribution system is located to the power line carrier centralized controller; the power line carrier centralized controller is connected with the power grid background server, and the power grid background server controls the charging power of each automobile connected into the power distribution system according to the remaining available load and the charging number in the power transformation area. The system has the advantages that the electric vehicle can be reliably and stably charged without influencing the normal operation of the power grid, and the power failure caused by the excessive load of the power grid due to the charging of the electric vehicle is avoided; and the charging load is distributed for each electric vehicle on the basis of meeting the residential electricity consumption, so that the electricity consumption and charging are more reasonable.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车智能充电调度控制系统及方法,包括电网后台服务器、电力载波集控器、配电系统,所述配电系统用于为变电片区内的电动汽车提供充电服务;所述配电系统与电力载波集控器连接,用于将配电系统所在变电片区内的充电数量及信息上传至电力载波集控器中;所述电力载波集控器与电网后台服务器连接,所述电网后台服务器根据变电片区内的剩余可用负荷和充电数量来控制配电系统中接入的每一台汽车的充电功率。本发明的优点在于:可以可靠稳定的为电动汽车充电且不会影像电网的正常运转,避免了电动汽车充电造成的电网负荷超标造成的断电;基于满足居民用电的基础上为每一个电动汽车分配充电负荷,用电充电更加合理。
