The oil spill observation platform is used for monitoring the oil spill condition of the sea surface; various monitoring means are integrated, a thin oil film on the sea surface can be found, the sensitivity is high, the measurement is accurate, the false alarm rate is low, 365-day real-time all-weather uninterrupted monitoring can be carried out, various alarm modes are provided, data collected by all sensors can be effectively monitored and stored, oil spill site sound-light alarm and oil spill remote alarm can be achieved, and the oil spill monitoring system is suitable for being popularized and applied. And an emergency response scheme is adopted at the fastest speed, and anti-interference processing on the system and voltage control and regulation can be realized.
