    本发明公开了一种海上长期自供电观测浮标,涉及浮标自发电领域,包括底座,所述底座的底端设有固定环,所述底座的侧壁设有浮动机构,所述底座的顶端设有发电机构;发电机构包括安装座,所述安装座的外壁转动连接有多组摆臂。本发明使得在天气不好海浪大时,海浪带动多组摆臂上下快速摆动,从而带动发电机发电,在海浪较小时,摆臂摆动速度较慢,因离心盘的设置使得此时摆臂可带动多组太阳能板转动,使多组太阳能板可均匀受到光照进行发电,使得在运输过程中可将摆臂向上进行折叠的同时可带动太阳能板向下进行收缩,防止在运输过程中损坏太阳能板,通过转动浮动架即可快速安装与拆卸浮动块,在运输过程中可有效减小浮标的体积,方便运输。
