The invention discloses a railway track unevenness detection method based on FIR-wavelet transform, which comprises the following steps: segmenting an acceleration signal of a train into signals with consistent length, and carrying out denoising processing on the segmented acceleration signal by adopting an ensemble empirical mode decomposition algorithm and a threshold value selection method; re-sampling the de-noised signal, and processing the de-noised signal by using a dual integration method based on an FIR filter to obtain a long wave irregularity prediction result; and extracting high-frequency information of the segmented acceleration signal by adopting a wavelet transform method to realize short-wave irregularity prediction, and superposing the short-wave irregularity prediction result with a long-wave irregularity prediction result to obtain a railway track irregularity detection result. According to the invention, on the basis of an ensemble empirical mode decomposition method, various interference noises in the acceleration signal can be effectively removed; and meanwhile, the FIR integral filter is utilized to solve the problem of relatively large trend term interference in a traditional integral method, and the accuracy of predicting the unevenness of the railway track is improved.

    本发明公开的基于FIR‑小波变换的铁路轨道高低不平顺检测方法,包括将列车的加速度信号分割为长度一致的信号,采用集合经验模态分解算法以及阈值选取方法对分割后的加速度信号做去噪处理;对去噪处理后的信号进行重采样,再使用基于FIR滤波器的双重积分方法处理,得出长波不平顺预测结果;采用小波变换方法提取分割后的加速度信号的高频信息,实现短波不平顺预测,再与长波不平顺预测结果叠加,得到铁路轨道高低不平顺检测结果。本发明基于集合经验模态分解的方法,能够有效的去除加速度信号中的各种干扰噪声;同时利用FIR积分滤波器解决了传统积分方法中趋势项干扰较大的问题,提高了铁路轨道高低不平顺预测的精度。
