The invention provides a mobile detection robot in a submarine cable dragging process. The mobile detection robot comprises a driving mechanism, a hydraulic system, a clamping mechanism, a submarine cable, a hydraulic cylinder, a walking mechanism and the like. The driving mechanism and the walking mechanism are matched to achieve advancing and pose adjustment of the whole mechanism supporting device. According to the clamping mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder controls opening and closing of a clamping arm, and when the center block reaches the upper end of a center block limiting shaft, the submarine cable is clamped. When the submarine cable is deformed and stretched in the dragging process, the cross section area of the submarine cable at a key stress part is reduced, the micro-displacement sensors are arranged along the circumferential direction of the submarine cable, so that the variation can be accurately measured, when the variation exceeds a set warning value, the submarine cable is stressed excessively, stretched and thinned to cause mechanical damage, and the robot gives an alarm at the moment. And the submarine cable is prevented from being broken due to overlarge dragging force.

    本发明提供一种海缆拖拉过程中移动检测机器人,包括驱动机构、液压系统、夹紧机构、海底电缆、液压缸、行走机构等组件。驱动机构和行走机构配合实现整体机构支撑装置的前进和位姿调整。夹紧机构是由液压缸控制夹紧臂的张开和闭合,当中心块到达中心块限位轴上端时海缆被夹紧。当海缆在拖拉过程中发生形变拉伸时,关键受力部位的海缆横截面积会变小,由于微位移传感器沿海缆的周向布置,所以可以精确测量出变化量,当变化量超过设定警戒值时,说明海缆受力过大,拉伸变细出现机械损坏,此时机器人发出报警,防止海缆拖拉力过大发生断裂。
