The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent tower cranes, and provides an intelligent tower crane and a big arm balance control method of the intelligent tower crane.The intelligent tower crane comprises a tower body, a big arm adjusting mechanism, a big arm, a lifting hook, a balance monitoring unit and a control unit.The big arm adjusting mechanism is installed at the top end of the tower body and comprises a driving device and a guide rail; the guide rail is arranged in the horizontal direction. The big arm can slide relative to the guide rail, the output end of the driving device is connected with the big arm, and the driving device can drive the big arm to move along the guide rail; the balance monitoring unit is used for monitoring the balance state of the big arm. The large arm adjusting mechanism drives the large arm to move in the horizontal direction to achieve adjustment of the balance state of the large arm, in actual work of the tower crane, the control unit conducts mechanical analysis according to the structure of the tower crane and the weight of materials, and the balance position of the large arm of the tower crane is obtained; and then the big arm adjusting mechanism is controlled to drive the big arm to move to the balance position along the guide rail, and dynamic adjustment of the balance state of the big arm is achieved.

    本发明属于智能塔吊技术领域,本发明提出了一种智能塔吊和一种智能塔吊的大臂平衡控制方法,智能塔吊包括:塔身、大臂调节机构、大臂、吊钩、平衡监测单元和控制单元,大臂调节机构安装在塔身的顶端,大臂调节机构包括驱动装置和导轨,导轨沿水平方向设置;大臂相对导轨可滑动,驱动装置的输出端与大臂连接,驱动装置能够驱动大臂沿导轨移动;平衡监测单元用于监测大臂的平衡状态。本发明通过大臂调节机构驱动大臂沿水平方向运动实现大臂平衡状态的调节,在塔吊实际工作中,控制单元根据塔吊自身结构以及物料的重量进行力学分析,得出塔吊大臂的平衡位置,进而控制大臂调节机构驱动大臂沿导轨运动至平衡位置,实现大臂平衡状态的动态调整。
