    本发明公开了一种车辆氢系统加氢开关控制系统及方法,加氢方法如下:S1、氢盖开关监测传感器检测加氢盖是否打开并传输至控制器,采集氢瓶瓶口阀驱动电路是否控制瓶口阀切换至加氢开状态;S2、控制器发射红外信号并检测加氢枪口是否加氢插接到位;控制授氢口红外信号发射器向加氢枪口红外信号接收器发射加氢红外信号,加氢枪口启动加氢作业;S3、控制器内部进行加氢开启时间监控并达到条件后停止加氢。本发明先进行是否满足加氢环境检测,通过红外信号实现加氢机插接到位、加氢指令等作业,控制器实现安全加氢检测、氢瓶工作状态及环境检测、加氢作业等自动化、智能化流程控制,提高了加氢作业效率和安全性能。
