The hydrogenation device comprises a front gas distributor, a first-stage pressure reduction mechanism and a second-stage pressure reduction mechanism, pressure reduction structures are arranged in the first-stage pressure reduction mechanism and the second-stage pressure reduction mechanism, the pressure reduction structures are of piston type pressure reduction valves, the front gas distributor is arranged in the first-stage pressure reduction mechanism and comprises a hydrogen inlet, and a first outlet and a second outlet that are in communication with the hydrogen inlet, the first outlet is connected with a vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage cylinder, the second outlet is connected with an inlet of the second-stage pressure reduction mechanism, a pressure reduction structure is arranged in a channel of the second outlet, a hydrogen outlet, a pressure sensor mounting port and a hydrogen discharge port which are in communication with an inlet channel of the second-stage pressure reduction mechanism are formed in the second-stage pressure reduction mechanism, a pressure reduction structure is arranged in the inlet channel, the hydrogen outlet is connected with a fuel cell end, a pressure sensor is arranged in the pressure sensor mounting port, and the hydrogen discharge port is connected with a safety discharge structure. Compared with the prior art, the hydrogenation device has the advantages of compact structure, safety in use, low cost and the like.

    本发明涉及一种车载储氢系统的加氢装置,包括前置气体分配器、一级减压机构和二级减压机构,一级减压机构和二级减压机构内置有减压结构,该减压结构为活塞式减压阀;前置气体分配器内置于一级减压机构中,包括氢气进口和与氢气进口连通的第一出口和第二出口;第一出口与车载储氢气瓶连接,第二出口与二级减压机构的进口连接,第二出口的通道内设有减压结构;二级减压机构上设有与二级减压机构的进口通道连通的氢气出口、压力传感器安装口和氢气泄放口;进口通道内设有减压结构,氢气出口与燃料电池端连接,压力传感器安装口内设有压力传感器;氢气泄放口与安全泄放结构连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有结构紧凑、使用安全、成本低等优点。
