The invention discloses a long-vibration-life fuel tank, engineering machinery and a design and model selection method thereof. The long-vibration-life fuel tank comprises a tank body, a lug plate, a vertical partition plate, a horizontal partition plate and the like. The position of the partition plate can be adjusted, the mode of the fuel tank is changed by adjusting the posture of the partition plate, and resonance or low-order mode excitation caused by changes of the working environment and the working condition is avoided. Meanwhile, the invention provides a control method of the long-vibration-life fuel tank, and the influence of factors such as the fuel liquid level on the overall mode of the fuel tank is fully considered. Compared with a buffer device which can only weaken the vibration amplitude, the device can practically weaken the vibration of the part from the vibration characteristic of the part, and improves the reliability.

    本发明公开一种长振动寿命燃油箱、工程机械及其设计选型方法,包括:箱体、耳板、垂向隔板、水平隔板等部件。其隔板位置可以调节,通过隔板姿态的调节,实现燃油箱模态的改变,避免因作业环境、作业工况改变引起的共振或低阶模态激发。同时提供一种长振动寿命燃油箱的控制方法,充分考虑燃油液位等因素对燃油箱整体模态的影响。相比缓冲装置只能减弱振动幅值,此专利从部件振动特性出发,切实减弱部件振动,提升可靠性。
