The invention discloses an engineering machinery fuel tank damping system and a control method thereof, the engineering machinery fuel tank damping system comprises an air spring damper arranged between a fuel tank and a frame and used for mounting and damping the fuel tank; the tilt angle sensor is arranged on the fuel tank and used for monitoring the tilt angle of the fuel tank; the liquid level meter is arranged in the fuel tank and used for monitoring the fuel level in the fuel tank; the PLC is used for collecting the inclination angle signal, measured by the inclination angle sensor, of the fuel tank and the oil level signal measured by the liquid level meter and calculating the average value of the multiple sets of effective oil level data; and according to the optimal matching relation between the oil level value and the internal pressure of the air spring shock absorber, the internal pressure of the air spring shock absorber is controlled. The rigidity of the vibration reduction system can be adjusted according to the fuel level of the fuel tank, it is guaranteed that the vibration reduction performance of the vibration reduction system on the fuel tank is in a better state at all the fuel level sections, and vibration transmitted to the fuel tank by a road surface, an engine and an operation device is effectively isolated.

    本发明公开了一种工程机械燃油箱减振系统及其控制方法,包括:空气弹簧减振器,空气弹簧减振器设于燃油箱与车架之间,用于燃油箱的安装和减振;倾角传感器,倾角传感器设于燃油箱上,用于监测燃油箱的倾斜角度;液位计,液位计设于燃油箱内,用于监测燃油箱内燃油的油位;PLC控制器,PLC控制器用于采集倾角传感器测量的燃油箱的倾角信号和液位计测量的油位信号,计算若干组有效油位数据的平均值;根据油位值和空气弹簧减振器内部压力之间的最优匹配关系,控制空气弹簧减振器内部压力。本发明能够根据燃油箱油位调节减振系统的刚度,保证减振系统对燃油箱的减振性能在各油位段均处于较优状态,有效隔离路面、发动机以及作业装置传递至燃油箱的振动。
