The invention relates to a charging gun line automatic take-up and pay-off mechanism, an automatic charging pile and a method, the take-up and pay-off mechanism comprises a roller assembly, a line storage groove and a driving device, the roller assembly comprises a mounting plate and a driving wheel set, and the driving wheel set comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are arranged in parallel in the axial direction; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are both rotationally connected to the mounting plate, one end of the charging gun line is used for being connected with a charging gun, and the other end of the charging gun line penetrates through the position between the driving wheel and the driven wheel and then is placed in the line storage groove. The driving wheel drives the charging gun wire to be sent out between the driving wheel and the driven wheel when rotating according to a first preset direction, and drives the charging gun wire to be withdrawn into the wire storage groove from between the driving wheel and the driven wheel when rotating according to a second preset direction. And by arranging the roller assembly and the wire storage groove, the charging gun wire can be collected into the wire storage groove through the roller assembly when charging is not needed, and the function of protecting the gun wire is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种充电枪线自动收放机构、自动充电桩及方法,收放机构包括滚轮组件、储线槽和驱动装置,所述滚轮组件包括安装板和驱动轮组,所述驱动轮组包括按照轴向平行设置的主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮和所述从动轮均转动连接于所述安装板上,所述充电枪线一端用于和充电枪连接,所述充电枪线另一端穿过所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间后放置于所述储线槽中,所述主动轮按照第一预设方向转动时带动充电枪线从所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间送出,按照第二预设方向转动时带动充电枪线从所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间收回至所述储线槽中。通过设置滚轮组件和储线槽,使得当不需要充电时可将充电枪线通过滚轮组件收进储线槽内,实现保护枪线的功能。
