The invention discloses an automatic winding reel for a charging pile, and belongs to the field of winding devices. The automatic winding reel comprises a reel body, a cable, a slip ring and a motor. A wire guiding component comprises a screw rod, a guiding cylinder, a fixing rod, a threaded ring, connecting bases and a driving piece. And the two ends of the screw rod are rotationally connected to connecting bases. The driving piece comprises a driving ring, a driven ring and a driving belt, the driving ring is fixed to a driving shaft, the driven ring is fixed to the screw rod, the driving belt is arranged outside the driving ring and the driven ring in a sleeving mode, and the driving belt is meshed with the driving ring and the driven ring at the same time. Through cooperation of the motor and the driving shaft, the cable is wound back after the charging pile is used, the cable can be neatly wound or pulled out from the driving shaft in cooperation with the wire guiding component in the cable winding-back or pulling-out process, and cable knotting is avoided. Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the slip ring, power can still be smoothly supplied when the cable rotates during pulling-out or winding-back. And finally, an arranged cleaning part can clean the wound-back cable, so that the exterior of the cable is kept in a clean state.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩自动收线盘,属于收线装置领域包括盘体、线缆、滑环以及电机。导线部件包括螺杆、导向筒、固定杆、螺纹环、连接座以及驱动件。螺杆的两端均转动连接有连接座。驱动件包括驱动环、从动环以及驱动带,驱动环固定于驱动轴上,从动环固定于螺杆上,驱动带套设于驱动环与从动环外,且驱动带同时与驱动环、从动环啮合。通过电机与驱动轴的配合,在充电桩使用完毕后将线缆收回,线缆收回或拉出的过程中配合导线部件能够将使线缆从驱动轴上整洁地卷设或抽出,避免线缆打结。同时滑环的设置使得线缆在拉出或收回等发生转动时仍能顺利供电。最后设置的清洁部件能够对收回的线缆进行清洁,使其外部保持清洁状态。
