The invention discloses a communication buoy device for retraction and release of an underwater robot. The communication buoy device comprises a buoyancy plate; the control end is used for performing remote control when the underwater robot works; the communication module is arranged on the buoyancy plate, and on one hand, the communication module is used for performing wireless communication with a control end and receiving a control signal of the control end to control the underwater robot to act; on the other hand, detection data of the underwater robot are received through wired communication, and the detection data are transmitted to the control end through wireless communication; the umbilical cable can be automatically wound and has a wired communication function, one end of the umbilical cable is connected with the buoyancy plate and is in signal connection with the communication module on the buoyancy plate, and the other end of the umbilical cable is connected with the underwater robot and is in communication connection with the underwater robot; the invention further discloses an underwater robot control method. Wireless communication control of the control end can be achieved, and meanwhile the situation that the robot is difficult to recycle due to the fact that cables scattered in water are prone to winding can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下机器人收放的通信浮标装置,包括:浮力板;控制端,用于在水下机器人工作时远程进行操控;通讯模块,设于所述浮力板上,一方面用于与控制端进行无线通讯,接收控制端的控制信号控制水下机器人动作;另一方面通过有线通讯接收水下机器人的探测数据并将探测数据通过无线通讯传输给控制端;脐带缆,可自动收卷、兼具有线通讯功能,脐带缆一端连接所述浮力板并与浮力板上的通讯模块信号连接,另一端连接水下机器人并与水下机器人通讯连接;本发明还公开了一种水下机器人操控方法。本发明能够实现控制端的无线通讯控制,同时能够有效避免散布在水中的线缆易发生缠绕现象使得机器人难以回收。
