The invention discloses a composite material anti-side-rolling torsion bar and a forming process thereof, the composite material anti-side-rolling torsion bar comprises a torsion shaft and a torsion arm, the torsion shaft comprises a shaft tube and a metal joint, the metal joint is provided with a pin structure, and the pin structure is wrapped in the shaft tube; the torsion arm comprises a torsion arm main body and a metal insert, the torsion arm main body is made of a composite material, and the metal insert is an annular cylinder and is embedded in the torsion arm main body to form a through hole penetrating through the two end faces of the torsion arm; and the metal joint passes through the metal insert and is fixed with the metal insert in an inserting manner. The forming process comprises the steps that S1, the torsion shaft is prepared; s2, preparing a torsion arm; and S3, assembling and fixing. Through the arrangement of the pin structure, the connection reliability of the metal connector and the shaft tube is improved. The torsion arm body is made of composite materials, and the overall weight of the device is reduced. And the torsion shaft and the torsion arm are formed separately, so that the manufacturing efficiency and the manufacturing quality of the anti-side-rolling torsion bar are improved.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料抗侧滚扭杆及其成型工艺,复合材料抗侧滚扭杆包括扭转轴和扭转臂,所述扭转轴包括轴管和金属接头,所述金属接头上设有销钉结构,所述销钉结构包覆在轴管内部;所述扭转臂包括扭转臂主体和金属嵌件,所述扭转臂主体为复合材料制成,所述金属嵌件为环形柱体,嵌合在扭转臂主体上,形成贯穿扭转臂两端面的通孔;所述金属接头穿过金属嵌件,与金属接头形成插接固定。成型工艺包括:S1:扭转轴的制备;S2:扭转臂的制备;S3:组装固定。本发明中通过设有销钉结构提升了金属接头与轴管的连接可靠性。扭转臂主体为复合材料,减轻了装置整体的重量。扭转轴与扭转臂分别成型,提高抗侧滚扭杆的制造效率与制造质量。
