The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit vehicle equipment, and particularly relates to an anti-side-rolling torsion bar. The torsion bar comprises a torsion bar shaft, two torsionarms, and two vertical connecting rods, wherein the two torsion arms are connected with two end parts of the torsion bar shaft respectively; the two vertical connecting rods are connected with the end parts, far away from the torsion bar shaft, of the two torsion arms; and the torsion bar shaft, the torsion arms and the vertical connecting rods are made of carbon fiber composite materials. In theinvention, the torsion bar shaft, the torsion arms and the vertical connecting rods are made of the carbon fiber composite material; and when the anti-side-rolling torsion bar is used in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force cannot be generated in the anti-side-rolling torsion bar so that an eddy current effect cannot be generated, a heat source cannot be generated, a zero temperaturerise of a rail transit vehicle in a power supply process without a contact network can be realized, stability of the rail transit vehicle in movement is further ensured, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明涉及轨道交通车辆设备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗侧滚扭杆,扭杆轴;两个扭臂,分别与所述扭杆轴的两端部连接;两个垂向连杆,分别与两个所述扭臂的远离所述扭杆轴的端部连接;所述扭杆轴、扭臂、垂向连杆为碳纤维复合材料制成。本发明通过采用碳纤维复合材料制作而成的扭杆轴、扭臂、垂向连杆,使得抗侧滚扭杆在磁场中使用时,不会在抗侧滚扭杆的内部产生感应电动势,因此不会产生涡流效应,进而不会产生热源,可以实现了轨道交通车辆在无接触网供电过程中的零升温,进而保证了轨道交通车辆在运动中的稳定性,降低了安全隐患。
