The invention discloses a three-phase balanced traction power supply transformer which comprises a three-phase primary winding, a single-phase secondary traction winding and a three-phase secondary compensation winding, and three-phase ports A, B and C of the three-phase primary winding serve as three-phase input ports and are used for being connected with a three-phase alternating current power grid; single-phase ports T and F of the single-phase secondary side traction winding serve as single-phase traction output ports and are used for supplying power to a single-phase traction load; and three-phase ports a, b and c of the three-phase secondary side compensation winding serve as three-phase compensation ports and are used for being connected with a three-phase balance compensation device. According to the invention, by arranging the single-phase secondary side traction winding comprising the single-phase traction output port and the three-phase secondary side compensation winding comprising the three-phase compensation port, three-phase to single-phase balanced power supply can be realized in use, the negative sequence is effectively managed, and the electric energy quality requirement of three-phase voltage balance is met.
