The invention discloses a single-phase traction power supply variable-frequency power supply device and a single-phase traction power supply variable-frequency method. An input side transformer performs voltage transformation processing on the power frequency voltage to obtain N paths of single-phase power frequency voltage. Each frequency conversion and voltage transformation module performs frequency conversion and voltage transformation processing on one path of input single-phase power frequency voltage to obtain N paths of single-phase non-power frequency voltage of which the frequency is equal to the target frequency; and an output side transformer performs voltage transformation processing on the single-phase non-power-frequency voltage obtained after the N paths of single-phase non-power-frequency voltages are connected in parallel, and the obtained single-phase non-power-frequency voltage with the output voltage equal to the target voltage is used for supplying power to a train in a non-power-frequency alternating-current power supply mode. Therefore, the power supply of a domestic power frequency alternating current power supply system can be converted into a single-phase non-power frequency alternating current power supply, so that the train to be exported can be debugged and tested in a foreign non-power frequency power supply system, and the safety and reliability of the train to be exported are improved; and in addition, the device can be applied to frequency conversion operation of foreign power frequency voltage.

    本发明公开了一种单相牵引供电变频电源装置及单相牵引供电变频方法。输入侧变压器将工频电压进行变压处理,得到N路单相工频电压;每个变频变压模块均将输入的一路单相工频电压进行变频变压处理,得到N路频率等于目标频率的单相非工频电压;输出侧变压器将N路单相非工频电压并联后得到的单相非工频电压进行变压处理,得到输出电压等于目标电压的单相非工频电压,以为非工频交流供电制式下的列车供电。可见,本申请可将国内的工频交流供电制式的电源变换为一个单相非工频交流电源,从而可实现在国外非工频供电制式下对待出口列车进行调试试验,提高了待出口列车的安全可靠性;而且,本申请的装置可应用于国外工频电压的变频操作。
