    本发明提供一种新能源的氢燃料电池分段式储氢装置及其使用方法,涉及储氢装置领域,以解决现有的氢燃料电池储氢装置在使用的时候,没有分段式缓冲液氢的结构,车辆遇到冲撞时,内部液氢振动容易对储氢装置内部产生强烈冲撞的问题,包括主体;所述主体为储氢装置本体,且主体的两端为弧形结构,主体的外侧上下两端固定有两个固定件。车辆振动或撞击的时候,液氢在主体的内部产生冲撞,液氮与连接件以及受力件接触,连接件可以轻微改变液氢流通方向,使液氢可以初步减少流速,液氢与受力件接触的时候,由于受力件为倾斜状结构,使旋转件旋转,使得多个受力件可以旋转,控制液氢冲撞,减少其流通速度,使其更加稳定,减少对主体产生的影响。
