The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle, a hydrogen SOC management method and device thereof and a storage medium, the fuel cell vehicle comprises a hydrogen storage system, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the high pressure of the hydrogen storage system and the average temperature of each hydrogen storage cylinder in the hydrogen storage system; the real-time hydrogen SOC of the hydrogen storage system is obtained according to the high pressure and the average temperature; when the fuel cell automobile exits the gas-electricity mode, the current hydrogen SOC of the hydrogen storage system is obtained, and a cylinder valve of each hydrogen storage cylinder is closed; and the vehicle-mounted equipment is controlled to continuously display the current hydrogen SOC of the hydrogen storage system until the fuel cell vehicle enters the gas-electricity mode again. Therefore, when the fuel cell automobile exits from the gas-electricity mode, the current hydrogen SOC of the hydrogen storage system is obtained, and the vehicle-mounted equipment is controlled to continuously display the current hydrogen SOC until the fuel cell automobile enters the gas-electricity mode again, so that the hydrogen SOC does not jump when the fuel cell automobile is started next time, and a user can conveniently manage the hydrogen reserve of the fuel cell automobile.
