The invention discloses an iron-based catalytic butadiene-isoprene rubber tire tread composite material with high isoprene monomer content and a preparation method of the iron-based catalytic butadiene-isoprene rubber tire tread composite material, and belongs to the technical field of rubber materials and preparation of the rubber materials. The composite material is prepared from olefin rubber, reinforcing filler, a silane coupling agent, zinc oxide, stearic acid, sulfur, an anti-aging agent and an accelerant, wherein the olefin rubber is prepared by mixing natural rubber, solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and iron-based catalytic butadiene-isoprene rubber. The invention aims to provide a novel composite rubber with high wet skid resistance and a preparation method under the conditions of keeping low rolling resistance and high wear resistance by increasing the content of isoprene monomers for synthesizing iron-based catalyzed butadiene-isoprene rubber and further increasing the content of propenyl side groups in the iron-based catalyzed butadiene-isoprene rubber and further increasing the content of propenyl side groups in the iron-based catalyzed butadiene-isoprene rubber.

    本发明公开了一种高异戊二烯单体含量铁系催化丁戊橡胶轮胎胎面复合材料及其制备方法,属于橡胶材料及其制备技术领域。本发明的复合材料由烯烃类橡胶、补强填料、硅烷偶联剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、防老剂和促进剂制备而成,其中烯烃类橡胶由天然橡胶、溶聚丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶和铁系催化丁戊橡胶混合而成。本发明的目的是通过提高合成铁系催化丁戊橡胶的异戊二烯单体含量,进而提高铁系催化丁戊橡胶的丙烯基侧基含量,在保持较低滚动阻力,高耐磨性能情况下提供了一种高抗湿滑的新型复合胶种及制备方法。
