The invention discloses an ocean platform deck gap modularization installation method which comprises the steps that firstly, an overturning platform is prefabricated, a lifting point is arranged on the overturning platform, then the overturning platform is lifted to a first module, the overturning platform is in hinged connection with the first module, the overturning platform can rotate around the hinged point, the overturning platform is overturned through a crane, and after an overturning slip is in place, the overturning platform is lifted to a second module; and reinforcing operation is conducted in a full-length welding mode. According to the invention, the splicing operation of the deck at the later stage of the platform is effectively avoided, the marine support and occupation time of ship resources are reduced, the marine technological process is optimized, the overall marine project construction period is shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海洋平台甲板间隙模块化安装方法,先预制翻转平台,在翻转平台上设置吊点,然后将翻转平台吊至第一组块,翻转平台与第一组块为铰接连接,翻转平台可围绕铰接点旋转,利用吊机将翻转平台平台翻转,翻转凭条就位后,采用满焊方式进行加固作业。本发明有效的避免了平台后期甲板的拼接作业,减少了船舶资源的海上支持与占用时间,优化了海上工艺流程,缩减了整体海上项目工期,提高了作业效率。
