The invention discloses an ocean platform wellhead area deck modular installation method. The method comprises the following steps that a lower-layer wellhead area deck is fixedly connected to the bottom end of a Christmas tree drilling opening; fixedly connecting an upper wellhead area deck to the top end of the block wellhead area; before the module and the Christmas tree are fixedly installed, fixed connection between the lower-layer wellhead area deck and the Christmas tree is relieved, and the lower-layer wellhead area deck is lowered to the position of a horizontal layer on the top of a jacket through a lifting device; after fixed installation of the module and the Christmas tree is completed, the whole lower-layer wellhead area deck is lifted to the design position of the lower-layer wellhead area deck through a lifting device, and welding and fixing are conducted; and after fixed installation of the module and the Christmas tree is completed, the whole upper-layer wellhead area deck is lowered to the design position of the upper-layer wellhead area deck through a lifting device, and welding and fixing are conducted. By means of the installation scheme that the deck in the wellhead area is integrally lowered and lifted, the offshore construction efficiency of structure installation is improved, and the floating crane cost and the material cost are effectively saved.

    本发明公开了一种海洋平台井口区甲板模块化安装方法,包括以下步骤:将下层井口区甲板固定连接于采油树钻井口底端;将上层井口区甲板固定连接于组块井口区顶端;在组块与采油树固定安装前,将下层井口区甲板与采油树的固定连接解除,通过提升装置将下层井口区甲板下放至导管架顶部水平层位置;完成组块与采油树的固定安装后,通过提升装置将下层井口区甲板整体提升至下层井口区甲板设计位置,并进行焊接固定;完成组块与采油树的固定安装后,通过提升装置将上层井口区甲板整体下放至上层井口区甲板设计位置,并进行焊接固定。本发明通过将井口区甲板整体下放及整体提升的安装方案,提高了结构物安装海上施工效率,有效节约浮吊成本和材料成本。
