Provided are a vehicle collision avoidance support device and a vehicle collision avoidance support program with which it is possible to avoid the execution of unnecessary collision avoidance control during a right turn or a left turn. A vehicle collision avoidance support device (10) predicts a turning path of a host vehicle (100) and a movement path of a target object (200) in front of the host vehicle (100) during turning of the host vehicle (100). The vehicle collision avoidance support device acquires, as a collision angle, an amount at which the travel direction of the host vehicle deviates from a line orthogonal to the movement path at a point at which the turning path and the movement path intersect. The vehicle collision avoidance support device does not execute collision avoidance control even if a collision condition is satisfied when a prohibition condition that the collision angle is equal to or greater than a predetermined collision angle threshold value is satisfied, and executes collision avoidance control when the prohibition condition is not satisfied and the collision condition is satisfied. The vehicle collision avoidance support device sets the predetermined collision angle threshold value to a smaller value when the own vehicle turning angle is large than when the own vehicle turning angle is small.
