The invention discloses a distributed driving high-performance six-wheel steering commercial vehicle intelligent chassis system and a control method, and the system comprises a vehicle frame, a suspension system, a driving and braking system, a steering system and an information perception and control system. The steering angle and the driving force of each wheel are controlled respectively, so that the three-axle commercial vehicle has redundancy and coupling of overdrive and brake system input vectors. Advanced sensing and state sensing equipment is integrated into a multi-wheel steering and multi-wheel driving chassis control framework, a perfect high-performance intelligent chassis system is formed, and the capacity of a multi-shaft heavy-load commercial vehicle for coping with limiting working conditions in the running process is improved. A bottom layer control quantity optimization scheme proposed on the basis of the distributed six-wheel steering chassis has an ideal tire force distribution mechanism, and the stability of a vehicle body is improved. And meanwhile, the multi-motor distributed driving structure has a better energy distribution mode, the efficiency of the driving motors is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种分布式驱动的高性能六轮转向商用车智能底盘系统及控制方法,系统包括车架、悬架系统、驱动与制动系统、转向系统及信息感知与控制系统,本发明最大限度地扩充每个车轮在行驶过程中的可控自由度,分别对每个车轮的转向角与驱动力进行控制,使三轴商用车具有过驱动与制动系统输入矢量的冗余和耦合。将先进感知与状态传感设备融入多轮转向多轮驱动底盘控制架构,形成完善的高性能智能底盘系统,提升多轴重载商用车在行驶过程中应对极限工况的能力。基于分布式六轮转向底盘提出的底层控制量优化方案具有理想的轮胎力分配机制,提升车身稳定性。同时多电机分布式驱动结构具备更好的能量分配模式,提升驱动电机效率,降低能耗。
