The invention provides a large ship lock ship moving and berthing full-stroke monitoring system and method, and the system comprises the steps: dividing a lock chamber into an upper lock chamber no-parking region, a ship starting region, a ship acceleration region, a ship deceleration region, a ship slow-parking region, and a lower lock chamber no-parking region; the system corresponds to an upper lock chamber upstream stop forbidding line and a monitoring device thereof, a lock chamber acceleration line and a monitoring device thereof, a lock chamber deceleration line and a monitoring device thereof, a lock chamber slow stop line and a monitoring device thereof, and a lower lock chamber downstream stop forbidding line and a monitoring device thereof. Two sets of dual-redundancy laser scanners and speed sensors are respectively arranged above the upper lock chamber upstream no-parking line monitoring device and the lower lock chamber downstream no-parking line monitoring device; and two sets of dual-redundancy speed sensors and accelerometers are respectively arranged above the lock chamber acceleration line monitoring device, the lock chamber deceleration line monitoring device and the lock chamber slow-parking line monitoring device. The full-stroke monitoring of the ship moving and berthing process is realized through a mode of carrying out refined partitioning, segmented monitoring and prediction and early warning on the lock chamber, so that a lockage ship is prevented from moving and berthing too fast to exceed a lock chamber stopping forbidding line and even colliding with a door, and safe and rapid moving and berthing of the ship are guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种大型船闸船舶移泊全行程监测系统及方法,将闸室分成上闸室禁停区、船舶启动区、船舶加速区、船舶减速区、船舶缓停区和下闸室禁停区,对应上闸室上游禁停线及其监测装置、闸室加速线及其监测装置、闸室减速线及其监测装置、闸室缓停线及其监测装置、下闸室下游禁停线及其监测装置。上闸室上游禁停线、下闸室下游禁停线监测装置上方分别布置两套双冗余的激光扫描器和速度传感器,闸室加速线、闸室减速线、闸室缓停线监测装置上方分别布置两套双冗余的速度传感器和加速度计。通过将闸室细化分区、分段监测、预测预警的方式实现船舶移泊过程的全行程监测,防止过闸船舶移泊过快而超过闸室禁停线甚至撞门,保障船舶安全快速移泊靠泊。
