The invention discloses a combined dead steam condenser for an underwater vehicle power system, which is characterized in that a plurality of dead steam channels are arranged on the side wall of a vehicle shell, a mixing condensing device is connected in the vehicle shell, each dead steam channel of the mixing condensing device is connected with the mixing condensing device through a dead steam pipeline, a plurality of seawater atomizing nozzles are connected in the mixing condensing device, and the seawater atomizing nozzles are connected with the seawater atomizing nozzles. Each seawater atomizing nozzle is connected with a seawater conveying pipeline, and the seawater conveying pipeline penetrates through the mixing condensing equipment and the aircraft shell to be connected with the seawater conveying equipment; the technical problem that a traditional shell condenser cannot quickly and efficiently conduct condensation and heat exchange on dead steam generated by a semi-closed power system is solved. On the other hand, the seawater consumption in the cooling and mixing process is effectively reduced, and the seawater pump power consumption in the power system is reduced. Compared with a traditional shell condenser, the utilization rate of the shell condenser is further increased, and the shell condenser has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in condensation efficiency, low in power consumption and the like.

    本发明公开了水下航行器动力系统组合式乏汽冷凝器,航行器壳体侧壁开设多个乏汽通道,航行器壳体中连接混掺冷凝设备,混掺冷凝设备的每个乏汽通道处通过乏汽管道连接混掺冷凝设备,混掺冷凝设备内连接多个海水雾化喷头,每个海水雾化喷头连接海水输送管道,海水输送管道穿过混掺冷凝设备、航行器壳体连接海水输送设备;解决了传统壳体冷凝器无法快速、高效的将半闭式动力系统产生的乏汽凝结换热的技术难点。另一方面有效减少冷却掺混过程中海水的用量,降低了动力系统中海水泵功耗。相比传统的壳体冷凝器,本发明进一步的提高了壳体冷凝器的利用率,具有结构简单、冷凝效率高、功耗低等优点。
