The invention discloses an installation method of a steam turbine condenser. The installation method comprises the steps that firstly, a vertical installation tool is installed in a gap between an air compressor cooler foundation and a condenser foundation to ensure that a road transported to the condenser foundation is unobstructed; then the condenser is transported to the position over the condenser foundation through the vertical installation tool by means of the transportation moving platform; detachable supporting pieces are arranged on the two sides of the vertical installation tool, first jacks are arranged at the lower ends of the detachable supporting pieces, the detachable supporting pieces and the condenser are jacked up together through the first jacks, and then the transportation moving platform is moved out; and a plurality of second jacks are arranged at the position, in which the original transportation moving platform is located, of the upper side of the condenser foundation, the condenser is jacked up, the elevation of the condenser is adjusted, meanwhile, the detachable supporting pieces are separated from the condenser, and the detachable supporting pieces and the first jacks are taken out together. The installation method is easy to operate, the condenser can be rapidly, safely and vertically lifted to the installation position, and adjustment work is completed.

    本发明公开了一种汽轮机凝汽器的安装方法,先在空压机冷却器基础和凝汽器基础之间的间隙中安装垂直安装工装,使确保运输至凝汽器基础的道路通畅;再通过运输移动平台将凝汽器经过垂直安装工装运输到凝汽器基础的正上方;在垂直安装工装的两侧设置有可拆卸支撑件,可拆卸支撑件的下端设置有第一千斤顶,通过第一千斤顶将可拆卸支撑件和凝汽器一起顶起,再将运输移动平台移出;在凝汽器基础上侧原来运输移动平台所在的位置设置若干个第二千斤顶,将凝汽器顶起,调整凝汽器的标高,同时使可拆卸支撑件与凝汽器分开脱离,将可拆卸支撑件和第一千斤顶一起取出。本发明操作简单,可以将凝汽器快速、安全地垂直提升至安装位置,并完成调整工作。
