According to the invention, short-time low-speed compaction under a static rolling working condition and short-time low-speed compaction under a vibration working condition of the gear-shifting road roller can be realized, the working intensity of a driver is reduced, and the operation comfort is improved; and on the other hand, the system monitors the temperature of the friction plate of the electronic clutch in real time, and when the temperature is too high, automatic alarm reminding or direct automatic stopping is performed, so that the electronic clutch is prevented from being burnt out due to too long half-clutch state time, the working quality of equipment is improved, and the use cost of the whole machine is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种换挡压路机蠕动行走的控制方法及系统,所述方法包括在开启蠕动行走后,获取发动机转速和所选择的行走目标速度;根据发动机转速和所选择的行走目标速度,控制电子离合器的对应开度,实现换挡压路机的蠕动行走,同时实时监测电子离合器的摩擦片温度,根据设置的不同温度阈值,给予驾驶员报警提示或直接停车处理。本发明可以实现换挡压路机静碾工况的短时间低速压实和振动工况的短时间低速压实,降低驾驶者的工作强度,提高操作舒适性;另一方面,系统实时监测电子离合器的摩擦片温度,当温度过高时,自动报警提醒或直接自动停车,避免电子离合器半离合状态时间过长而烧毁,提高了设备工作质量,降低了整机的使用成本。
