The invention discloses a main air supply unit for a braking system of a four-marshalling intercity motor train unit, which comprises an air compression system, an air post-processing system and an electrical control system, and is integrated and hung on a cross beam at the bottom of a train through a hanging bracket, and an air inlet system adopts a combined form of an air inlet filter, an air inlet hose and an air inlet valve; the oil-gas separation system adopts a cast aluminum type oil-gas separation cylinder and a built-in oil separation core separation structure; the driving system adopts a mode that a compression host is directly connected with a motor through a coupler; the oil filter is externally arranged; the cooling system adopts a centrifugal fan and a finned cooler for forced air cooling, and an oil path bypass form is carried out through a temperature control valve; the initial pressure in the oil gas cylinder is established through the MPV valve, and the pressure relief function is achieved through on-off of the two-position two-way electromagnetic valve. The monitoring system comprises a machine head pressure monitor and a lubricating oil temperature monitor. According to the invention, the deep autonomy of the braking system is realized, the noise index is improved, the lightweight requirement is realized, and the maintenance space is improved.
本发明公开了一种四编组城际动车组制动系统用主供风单元,包括空气压缩系统、空气后处理系统、电气控制系统,通过吊架集成,吊挂在列车底部横梁,进气系统采用进气过滤器、进气软管和进气阀组合形式;油气分离系统采用铸铝式油气分离筒及内置油分芯分离结构;驱动系统采用压缩主机与电机通过联轴器直联方式;油滤采用外置形式;冷却系统采用离心风机加翅片式冷却器强制风冷,并通过温控阀进行油路旁通形式;通过MPV阀实现油气筒内初始压力建立,卸压功能通过两位两通电磁阀通断实现;监控系统包括机头压力监控和润滑油油温监控。本发明实现制动系统深度自主化、提升了噪音指标、实现了轻量化需求、提升维护空间。
