On the premise of not increasing the existing power distribution capacity of the community, the purposes of improving the utilization rate of the transformer, reducing the load peak-valley difference, meeting more electric vehicle charging requirements to the maximum extent, increasing the charging income of an operating enterprise by using a peak-valley time-of-use electricity price policy and improving the participation enthusiasm of the community property management are achieved; meanwhile, temperature detection on the windings of the power supply transformer is an important measure for safe power supply, thermistors are attached to the windings of the power supply transformer respectively, and when the temperature of the windings rises to a certain value, measures are taken to reduce load cooling.
