The invention provides a charging pile orderly charging management system and method. The charging pile orderly charging management system comprises a power grid power management controller and a plurality of charging piles. Each charging pile is provided with a charging protocol switching controller; the power grid power management controller comprises a first MCU module and an RS485 module. TheRS485 module is used for collecting the current total power data of the power grid; the first MCU module is used for judging whether power reduction is needed or not, and if yes, a power reduction signal is sent to the charging protocol switching controller; the charging protocol switching controller comprises a second MCU module and a CAN transparent transmission module; the first MCU module andthe second MCU module are in communication connection through the controller communication module. The second MCU module is used for forwarding the power reduction signal to the CAN transparent transmission module; and the CAN unvarnished transmission module is used for controlling the corresponding charging pile to reduce the output power according to the power reduction signal. The application can orderly control each charging pile to reduce the power for charging, thereby relieving the power supply pressure of the current power grid.
