The crawler walking device comprises a frame, a water supply device and two crawler walking units, wherein the water supply device comprises a high-pressure pump and a high-pressure hose. The crawler walking unit comprises two synchronous belt wheels, a synchronous belt and a crawler chain, and the two synchronous belt wheels are connected through the synchronous belt. The crawler chain is arranged on the outer side of the synchronous belt, a crawler toothed plate is arranged on the crawler plate, and a plurality of rows of protruding parts are arranged on the two side faces of the crawler toothed plate. And each track shoe is provided with a group of inter-tooth injection nozzles. The front end of the frame is provided with two groups of first injection nozzles which are symmetrically arranged left and right, and the front side of each track chain is provided with a group of second injection nozzles. The inter-tooth injection nozzles are arranged on the track shoes of the track chain, sludge on the track chain is flushed at a high speed, adhesion of the sludge to the track chain is reduced, continuous accumulation of the sludge on the track chain is avoided, walking maneuvering characteristics are kept, and the problems of slipping and sinking of the track chain can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种可实现减粘附海底淤泥的履带式集矿装置,属于海底采矿技术领域。其包括车架、供水装置及两个履带行走单元,供水装置包括高压泵及高压软管。履带行走单元包括同步带轮、同步带及履带链条,同步带轮有两个,且通过同步带相连。履带链条设在同步带外侧,履带板上设有履齿板,履齿板的两侧面上均具有多行凸起部。各履带板上均设有一组齿间冲射喷头。车架的前端具有左右对称布置的两组第一冲射喷头,各履带链条的前侧均设有一组第二冲射喷头。本发明履带链条的各履带板上设置齿间冲射喷头,对履带链条上的淤泥高速冲刷,减少淤泥在履带链条上粘附,避免淤泥在履带链条上持续累积,保持行走机动性能,可解决其打滑、沉陷的问题。
