PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily lifting and collecting seabed mineral resources of the depth of 1000 m or more by collecting with excellent energy efficiency.SOLUTION: Resources existing on a seabed are collected and loaded on an undersea lifting device 001, and are lifted and collected up to a sea surface by using buoyancy of hydrogen gas supplied from a hydrogen gas generator of a seabed support device 018, and a hydrogenated compound of including a cyclo methyl hexane is generated by absorbing hydrogen gas remained as a buoyancy source to an organic substance of including toluene in the middle of lifting-collecting, and generation energy required for generating the hydrogen gas is recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
