The invention relates to the technical field of generator set disassembly and assembly, and discloses a lifting system and a lifting method for generator set disassembly and assembly, and the lifting system comprises a gear set linkage structure, four spiral driving structures and an electromagnetic structure capable of controlling the meshing state between four driven gears and driving gears in the gear set linkage structure by utilizing the electromagnetic principle. According to the hoisting system and the hoisting method for disassembling and assembling the generator set, hoisting of the generator set is achieved through a driving motor by utilizing a pulling-up phenomenon generated when four hoisting holes of the generator set are synchronously and equidistantly far away from a symmetric point by utilizing four corresponding cables, and then hoisting of the generator set is achieved by utilizing the fact that a single cable is far away from or close to the symmetric point at a corresponding part. The generator set is inclined by an angle, so that one side face of the generator set can generate an upward inclined angle, the phenomenon that disassembled parts fall off due to gravity is prevented, and the safety performance of the generator set after being hoisted, disassembled and assembled is improved.

    本发明涉及发电机组拆装技术领域,且公开了一种发电机组拆装用起吊系统及起吊方法,包括齿轮组联动结构、四个螺旋驱动结构以及利用电磁原理可控制齿轮组联动结构中四个从动齿轮与驱动齿轮之间啮合状态的电磁结构。该发电机组拆装用起吊系统及起吊方法,通过一个驱动电机,利用四个对应缆绳对发电机组四个吊孔在同步且等距离远离对称点时,产生的拉升现象实现发电机组的起吊,再利用单个缆绳在对应部位与对称点的远离或靠近,使得发电机组产生角度倾斜,从而能够令发电机组的一个侧面产生斜向上的角度,防止拆卸后的零部件由于重力掉落现象的发生,从而提高发电机组在起吊后,拆卸以及安装时的安全性能。
