The capturing mechanism comprises a lower main rod, an upper main rod, a connecting rod mechanism, a paw, a paw base, a pulley, a three-blade turntable, a steering engine and a motor; the capturing mechanism can be folded in the satellite, and when the capturing mechanism moves upwards through the upper main rod, the connecting rod mechanism is gradually unfolded; the motor drives the lead screw nut to achieve vertical movement of the lower main rod, and the connecting rod mechanism is driven to open and close to drive the gripper to capture a target. When the upper main rod moves downwards, the connecting rod mechanism is gradually closed, the occupied space is reduced through folding, and the storage device is used for storing the captured target. The speed when the extension rod retracts is controlled, the capturing opening and closing of the gripper can be accurately controlled at the same time, the capturing precision of different targets is improved, and the gripper is suitable for capturing existing targets of various sizes.
本发明涉及一种自适应空间包络捕获机构,主要由底板、壳体、升降架、顶板、抓捕机构、收纳装置、卧式丝杠螺母、太阳能板组成。抓捕机构包括下主杆、上主杆、连杆机构、手爪、手爪底座、滑轮、三叶转盘、舵机、电机;抓捕机构可折叠在卫星内部,通过上主杆向上移动时,连杆机构逐渐展开;电机驱动丝杠螺母实现下主杆的上下移动,带动连杆机构的张合带动手爪对目标实现抓捕。上主杆向下移动时,连杆机构逐渐合起,折叠减少占用空间,收纳装置用于存放捕获的目标。本发明控制伸出杆收回时的速度,能够对手爪抓捕张合实现精确的同时控制,提高了对不同目标抓捕的精度,本发明适用于现有的各种尺寸目标的捕获。
