The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a steel rail fault monitoring method and device. The device provides an independent ultrasonic output power signal, can detect the completeness of an independent power amplifier circuit, can detect the disconnection state of an antenna connected with the device, and can detect whether a steel rail connected with the device is in a broken state or not. According to the invention, the judgment error of the state of the vehicle-mounted antenna caused by the fault of a single CPU or the fault of a single-path detection circuit can be avoided by means of the independent double CPUs. The signals in the coding format are used as the signal integrity monitoring basis of the broken rail sending end and the broken rail receiving end, and the correctness of the steel rail integrity monitoring result caused by equipment with uncertain fault modes of the transducer and the receiving sensor can be solved.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,特别涉及一种钢轨故障监测方法及装置。本发明提供独立的超声波输出功率信号,可检测独立的功放电路的完备性,可检测与本装置相连接的天线的断线状态,可检测与本装置相连接的钢轨是否处于折断状态。本发明可依靠独立的双CPU规避由单CPU故障或单路检测电路故障而引起的对车载天线状态的判断错误。本发明采用的编码格式的信号作为断轨发送端和接收端的信号完整性监测依据,可以解决换能器和接收传感器的故障模式不确定的器材引起的对钢轨完整性监测的结果的正确性。
