The invention relates to a control method for a torque request limit value of a motor of a four-wheel-drive electric vehicle. Comprising the following steps: step 1, acquiring a front motor request torque Tf and a rear motor request torque Tr; 2, according to the maximum output torque of the motor, the front motor request torque Tf and the rear motor request torque Tr are preliminarily limited to obtain a front motor request torque limit value TfLimit and a rear motor request torque limit value TrLimit; and step 3, according to the maximum output power of the motor, further limiting the request torque limit value TfLimit of the front motor and the request torque limit value TrLimit of the rear motor to obtain a final torque limit value TfFinal of the front motor and a final torque limit value TrFinal of the rear motor. The torque request sent by the VCU to the motor can be limited not to exceed the maximum load capacity of the motor, and the purpose of avoiding motor overload at the motor torque control strategy level to reduce motor faults of the new energy automobile is achieved. The problem that the existing motor torque control strategy mostly aims at improving the handling stability and the cruising ability of the electric vehicle and does not consider the conditions of motor overload and the like is solved.

    本发明是一种四驱电动汽车电机力矩请求限值的控制方法。包括:步骤一、获取前电机请求力矩Tf和后电机请求力矩Tr;步骤二、根据电机最大输出扭矩对前电机请求力矩Tf和后电机请求力矩Tr进行初步限制得到前电机请求力矩限值TfLimit和后电机请求力矩限值TrLimit;步骤三、根据电机最大输出功率对前电机请求力矩限值TfLimit和后电机请求力矩限值TrLimit进一步限制得到前电机最终力矩限值TfFinal和后电机最终力矩限值TrFinal。本发明可以限制VCU向电机发出的力矩请求不会超出电机的最大负载能力,实现在电机扭矩控制策略层面避免电机过载以减少新能源汽车电机故障的目的,解决了现有电机力矩控制策略多以提高电动汽车操纵稳定性和提高续航能力为目的,而没有考虑电机过载等情况的问题。
