The novel pantograph head plate spring suspension device comprises a box body, and a first carbon contact strip aluminum bracket fixing end connecting base and a second carbon contact strip aluminum bracket fixing end connecting base are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the outer portion of the box body; the first carbon slide plate aluminum bracket fixed end connecting seat is connected with the box body through a first lower connecting rod, the middle part of the first lower connecting rod is connected to a boss arranged on one side of the box body, and two ends of the first lower connecting rod can rotate; the second carbon sliding plate aluminum bracket fixing end connecting seat is connected with the box body through a second lower connecting rod; the middle part of the second lower connecting rod is connected to a sliding block arranged in a sliding groove in the side wall of the box body; a plate spring is arranged in the center of the bottom surface in the box body; the upper ends of the first lower connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are connected with a carbon slide plate aluminum bracket fixed end connecting seat; a pressure strain gauge is attached to the center of the lower surface of the plate spring and used for measuring deformation of the plate spring, the deformation reflects the current collection condition of a pantograph head, and performance parameters of deformation of the pantograph plate spring can be rapidly obtained.

    本发明公开了一种新型受电弓弓头板簧悬挂装置,包括盒体,所述盒体外部两侧对称设有第一碳滑板铝托架固定端连接座和第二碳滑板铝托架固定端连接座;所述第一碳滑板铝托架固定端连接座通过第一下连杆连接盒体,所述第一下连杆中部连接到设置在盒体一侧的凸台上,所述第一下连杆两端可转动;所述第二碳滑板铝托架固定端连接座通过第二下连杆连接盒体,所述第二下连杆中部连接到设置在盒体侧壁滑槽中的滑块上;所述盒体内部底面中心设有板簧;所述第一下连杆和第二下连杆上端连接碳滑板铝托架固定端连接座、下端连接板簧;所述板簧下表面中心贴有压力应变片,用于测量板簧的形变,其形变反映弓头的受流情况,能够快速获取受电弓板簧形变的性能参数。
