The invention discloses an extra-long tunnel accident rate prediction method based on geometric conditions and a marking form, and relates to the technical field of tunnel accident rate prediction. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a tunnel into a plurality of areas according to a homogeneous method; analyzing the influence of geometric conditions on the occurrence of tunnel accidents; analyzing the influence of the management and control measures on the occurrence of the tunnel accident; constructing a tunnel accident rate prediction model based on geometric conditions; constructing a tunnel accident rate prediction model based on geometric conditions and a marking form; and calculating the accident rate of the tunnel by using the model and identifying the tunnel road safety risk. According to the invention, for the extra-long tunnel, an accident rate model under a given environment and a marking form is constructed, an influence rule of different geometric factors on a traffic accident rate is disclosed, traffic accident characteristics of the extra-long tunnel are excavated, and the traffic accident rate of the extra-long tunnel is predicted by constructing a traffic accident rate prediction method based on geometric conditions and the marking form for the extra-long tunnel. And support is provided for traffic safety prediction, accident prevention and the like of the extra-long tunnel.
