The invention discloses a dragging robot and a using method thereof.The dragging robot comprises a caterpillar band walking mechanism capable of steering and moving, explosion-proof devices arranged on all units which can be detonated in the working environment, and a supporting plate installed on the upper portion of the caterpillar band walking mechanism; a mechanical arm for clamping a cable and a camera of an image recognition system are installed on the upper portion of one side of the supporting plate, the mechanical arm is controlled by remote control or programs, a reel capable of being sleeved with a cable knot is installed on the upper portion, close to the mechanical arm, of the supporting plate, and a guide frame for supporting the cable is installed on the outer side of the supporting plate. According to the cable winding and transferring device, a cable knot is clamped by the mechanical arm and put into the reel, the crawler walking mechanism drags the cable to the needed position and the position where the cable cannot reach at a dead angle, the crawler walking mechanism rotates by 360 degrees to drive the supporting plate to rotate, the cable is wound and supported on the upper portion of the guide frame, and winding and transferring of the cable are effectively achieved; and the cable is dragged to the farthest end, so that the labor amount is reduced, and the operation is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种拖拽机器人及其使用方法,该一种拖拽机器人,包括可转向移动的履带行走机构,所有在工作环境中会引爆的单元匀设置防爆装置,安装于履带行走机构上部的支撑板,支撑板的一侧上部安装有夹持缆绳的机械臂和影像识别系统的相机,机械臂由遥控或程序控制,支撑板邻近机械臂的上部安装有缆绳绳结可套入的绞轮,支撑板的外侧安装有支撑缆绳的导向架。本发明中,缆绳绳结由机械臂夹持放入绞轮,履带行走机构将缆绳拖拽到需要的位置,在死角缆绳不能到达的位置,履带行走机构360度旋转带动支撑板旋转,将缆绳卷绕支撑在导向架的上部,有效实现缆绳的收卷和转运,将缆绳拖拽到最远端的位置,减少人力劳动量,方便操作。
