The invention discloses a lifting confluence dynamic regulation control method and system and a crane. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the hoisting load of the crane, the multiplying power of a pulley block, the working layer number of a steel wire rope, the drum diameter, and the output power and torque corresponding to the current rotating speed of an engine; the current required displacement of the pump set is determined according to the output power torque, and the actual required power and torque of the pump set are determined according to the current required displacement, the hoisting weight of the crane, the multiplying power of the pulley set, the working layer number of the steel wire rope and the winding drum diameter. And under the condition that the actual demand power and the torque are larger than the output power and the torque of the engine, the actual displacement of the pump set and/or the motor is adjusted, so that the actual demand power and the torque of the pump set are matched with the output power and the torque corresponding to the current rotating speed of the engine. The problem that under different hoisting working conditions, especially when the current load requirement exceeds the power and torque capable of being provided by the engine, the engine flames out can be solved, and meanwhile the working efficiency of the system is improved.

    本申请公开了一种起升合流动态调节控制的方法、系统及起重机。该方法包括:获取起重机的吊重、滑轮组的倍率、钢丝绳的工作层数和卷筒直径、发动机的当前转速对应的输出功率和扭矩。根据输出功率扭矩确定泵组的当前需求排量,根据当前需求排量、起重机的吊重、滑轮组的倍率、钢丝绳的工作层数和卷筒直径确定泵组的实际需求功率和扭矩。在实际需求功率和扭矩大于发动机的输出功率和扭矩的情况下,调节泵组和/或马达的实际排量,以使泵组的实际需求功率和扭矩与发动机的当前转速对应的输出功率和扭矩匹配。本申请能解决在不同吊重工况下,特别是当前负载需求超过发动机能够提供的功率、扭矩时导致发动机熄火的问题,同时提高了系统的工作效率。
