The invention provides a lifting appliance adjusting device. The lifting appliance adjusting device comprises a lifting appliance, a first winding drum, a traction moving mechanism, two first pulleysand two first winding wires; the lifting appliance is used for being connected with a load; the first winding drum is arranged above the lifting appliance; the traction moving mechanism is constructedto slide on the surface of the lifting appliance; the two first pulleys are arranged on the same side of the surface of the lifting appliance; and the corresponding ends of the two first winding wires are connected with the first winding drum, and the other ends, passing through the two first pulleys, of the two first winding wires are connected with the two ends, in the sliding direction, of thetraction moving mechanism respectively. Through the winding drum, the two first winding wires and the first pulleys, tilting of the lifting appliance in a group of opposite side directions is realized. When the winding drum does not rotate, the two first winding wires are tightened, the gravity center of the lifting appliance is changed in the mode that the traction moving mechanism slides on thesurface of the lifting appliance, and tilting of the lifting appliance in the other group of opposite directions is achieved. Through operation of the lifting appliance adjusting device, the mutual non-interference tilting of the lifting appliance in two directions is realized, and adjustment of various postures of a container is realized.
