The invention discloses a flexible wave-resistant stable structure based on a floating type offshore monitoring platform, which is applied to the technical field of offshore detection equipment, and is characterized in that a floating gas ring is scoured by stormy waves to swing, and force is transmitted to a flexible piston, so that the flexible piston continuously slides in a piston sealing cylinder to compress a reset spring; the buffering mechanism is arranged between the floating platform and the floating air ring in a rotating mode, the function of reducing the impact force of sea waves on the platform is achieved, and therefore shaking caused by stirring of the sea waves can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the floating platform is prolonged. And meanwhile, the risk of rollover of the offshore monitoring platform caused by sea wave impact is reduced, and the storm resistance of the offshore monitoring platform is improved.
