The lightweight integrated biped robot thigh structure comprises a large hip motor a, a hip motor b, a knee motor and a thigh structure body, the thigh structure body comprises a leg shell, a hip motor a, a hip motor b and a knee motor; the shell surface of the thigh shell adopts a lightweight topological structure; a pair of mounting holes a1 is oppositely formed in the two sides of the upper part of the thigh shell, and the hip motor a is mounted in the mounting holes a1; a pair of mounting holes b1 are oppositely formed in the two sides of the middle of the thigh shell, and the hip motor b is mounted on the mounting holes b1; a pair of mounting holes c1 are oppositely formed in the two sides of the lower part of the thigh shell, and the knee motor is mounted on the mounting holes c1; the hole walls of the mounting hole a1, the mounting hole b1 and the mounting hole b1 are of a lightweight lattice structure. According to the method, two lightweight design means of topological optimization and dot matrix filling are fused, the weight reduction space of the thigh structure is fully excavated, and the structure is prepared by adopting a selective laser melting forming process.
