The invention relates to the technical field of rail safety, and particularly discloses a steel rail fastener loosening detection method. S1, knocking the rail top of the steel rail; s2, collecting a force hammer excitation signal and a steel rail vertical vibration acceleration signal; and S3, solving a frequency response function according to the collected force hammer excitation signal and the steel rail vertical vibration acceleration signal, obtaining a damage index EAV value according to the frequency response function, and comparing the damage index EAV value with an EAV threshold value to judge the loosening condition of the steel rail fastener. The method is a nondestructive detection method, the steel rail damage index EAV value is obtained by knocking the steel rail and collecting the force hammer excitation signal and the steel rail vertical vibration acceleration signal, then the EAV value is compared with the healthy state steel rail EAV threshold value, the fastener loosening condition is judged, manual inspection is not needed in the whole detection process, and the detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道安全技术领域,具体公开了一种钢轨扣件松脱检测方法,包括以下步骤;S1,敲击钢轨轨顶;S2,采集力锤激励信号和钢轨垂向振动加速度信号;S3,根据采集的力锤激励信号和钢轨垂向振动加速度信号求得频响函数,根据频响函数获得伤损指标EAV值,进而与EAV阈值对比判断钢轨扣件松脱状况。本发明为无损检测方法,通过敲击钢轨,来采集力锤激励信号和钢轨垂向振动加速度信号的方式来获得钢轨伤损指标EAV值,进而与健康状态钢轨EAV阈值对比,判断该扣件松脱状况,整个检测过程无需人工巡检,提高了检测效率。
