The invention relates to an intelligent unmanned driving control system and method, and the system comprises a starting unit, the front end of the starting unit is connected with an automatic detection unit, the other end of the starting unit is connected with an indication signal input unit, and the indication signal input unit is connected with an indication signal transmitting unit. The indication signal sending unit is connected with an indication signal receiving unit, the indication signal receiving unit is connected with a vehicle execution unit, the vehicle execution unit is connected with an unmanned unit, and the unmanned unit comprises a CPU processing module and an obstacle avoidance module. The system has the following advantages that the vehicle detection system is arranged for detecting important parts of the vehicle before driving, so that the vehicle is prevented from danger in the driving process; and through the arranged obstacle avoidance module, the risk avoidance timeliness of the unmanned vehicle is improved.
