The underwater sound and satellite combined bidirectional cross-domain communication buoy comprises a shell and a buoy assembly, the buoy assembly comprises an inflation air bag, an inflation assembly, an underwater sound transducer and a communication transceiving circuit module, and a satellite antenna is arranged at the top of the inflation air bag; the inflation assembly is connected with the inflation air bag. And the underwater acoustic transducer and the satellite antenna are connected through the communication transceiving circuit module, so that the underwater vehicle and the land-based data terminal carry out bidirectional cross-domain communication. According to the buoy provided by the invention, the underwater acoustic transducer is used for collecting underwater acoustic signals received and transmitted by the underwater vehicle, the communication receiving and transmitting circuit module is used for converting the underwater acoustic signals into satellite signals, and the satellite signals are transmitted to the land-based data terminal through the satellite antenna, so that butt joint of long-distance cross-domain two-way communication links is realized; therefore, two-way communication between the underwater vehicle and the land-based data terminal is achieved, the underwater vehicle does not need to float upwards, the possibility that the position of the underwater vehicle is exposed is reduced, and the concealment of the underwater vehicle is improved.
